Research in High Voltage and Insulation Engineering of <scp>UHV</scp>‐Class Electric Power Equipment

For ultra-high-voltage (UHV) systems together with high-voltage facilities, more rationalized insulation coordination and equipment design are required. To this end, making large-scale long-term field lightning-strike observations, large amount of practical experiments, introducing new analysis techniques have enabled the development advanced technologies capable transforming conventional techniques.
